NYBA 2024 Season Finishes for Sunday Sessions
March 3 saw the last Sunday session until the fall season. We all had a great close to a great year of basketball.
Even the Adult Team League got into the celebration. Many of the players at the Sunday night Waterford Men's Basketball League games are inspiring the next generation of players.

For the older youth players, after March Break their sessions continue until the end of April. Please check the website calendar for the latest details.
Monday at Simcoe the Boys 12+ extend their season until late in April. There are 2 weeks where the Simcoe gym is not available, so those weeks are moved to Thursday in the Waterford gym, at the same time.
Wednesday at Simcoe the Girls 10+ continue until May 1. Two weeks are cancelled because the SCS gym is not available.

We also would like you to consider the Summer Program - run through the Norfolk County - the M&M Hoops Basketball Camp (found on page 12 of the Summer program). Registration is done through the Norfolk County Recreation registration. Start by going to the program guide at

The Norfolk Youth Basketball Association is an instructional basketball program that is dedicated to promoting fair play and sportsmanship.
Through instruction and game play, players are encouraged to increase their skill level and improve as team players.
We aim for all participants to have an enjoyable basketball season, improve their personal confidence and self-esteem, enhance their basketball skills and fundamentals, and develop an understanding that a team is a united entity with common goals. Our season usually runs from September through till March.
Age 5-7 2:00-3:00pm for the jrNBA Novice program at Waterford DHS on Sundays
Age 8-9 3:00-4:00pm for the jrNBA Intermediate program at Waterford DHS on Sundays
Age 10-11 Boys 4:00-5:15pm at Waterford DHS on Sundays
Age 10+ Girls 7:00-8:30pm at Simcoe CS on Wednesdays
Age 12+ Boys 6:45-8:00pm at Simcoe CS on Mondays
Adult Team League will run Sunday nights starting Sunday, October 22 at Waterford DHS on Sundays, with games at 6:15pm, 7:15pm or 8:15pm.
Adult Open Pickup League will run on Mondays @ SCS, from 8:00-9:30pm.
Rep Teams run for many of the age divisions. Please check with the coaches for practice and tournament information. Tournaments are later in the season on various weekends until May.
